Do you need a little pampering? Mini Spa parties-retreats may be held-set up in your home, place of business, or other locations. (or) At our Spa Retreat on the mountain top in Asheville. Participants experience a variety of Organic home spa products, services & recipes. Times may run over than 2-3 hours-3.5hrs..

  • Q. Booked a spa partie? What happens next?
  • A. Confirm follow upon date, time and down payment. Note, this is a non refundable deposit to hold your date. If you need to move date, we will need 72 hours notice to move your date. We book up fast, therefore the next date you ate requesting may already be booked..
  • Q. How much do I need to pay down for my spa party?
  • A. 20% is required to book the date. This is a non refundable deposit. Balance of money due upon arrival.
  • Q. What about gratuity?
  • A. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Average, 15-18% of your total service is customary.
  • Total tip is devided amongst the team.
  • Q. What payment options do I have?
  • A. We accept, checks, cash, Vica, MC, Paypal for services.
  • Q. What is your cancellation policy for Spa Parties?
  • A. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 72 hrs. notice for any Spa party to avoid cancellation/change charge. In event you need to cancel your Spa party completely, and are not able to reschedule to a different date, The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Q. What do I wear during my Spa Party?
  • A. Robe & Slippers are provided for use while attending.
  • Q. Can we bring our own refeshments in ?
  • A. Yes, but there are some limits to items allowed.
  • Q. Do you have us complete a client intake form?
  • A. Yes, to ensure proper services for your individual health needs. Please come 15 -20minutes early to complete the necessary forms.
  • Q. What should I expect for my spa party?
  • A. Each guests will check in. pay their balance due. Receive a client service card-in take form. Complete forms. change into one of our spa party robes or just your comfortalbe clothes, then relax and enjoy the fun.
