After you have submitted a appointment or reservation request
we then will contact you by phone or email to confirm and a confirmation form will be sent to you. The availability of your request will then be confirmed and all your Spa Services and or vacation accomodation will be setup at your request.
A Deposit for Spa parties-event or accommodation with a Credit Card to Hold Only.. Any Single Service CC to Hold Reservation only
Any Cancellations Policies:
- Any No shows or last minute cancellations, will not be refunded.
- Any cancellations made less than 48 hours of reservation date will forfeit 100% deposit or payment.
- Spa Parties-Events-Refundable less $75 with notice of 14 days prior to reservation date. *Absolutely NO Refunds on Holidays stays and stays beginning in the months of May, June, July, October & November December. No refund unless the room or service is re-rented in cancellations less than 10 days in advance.
