- There will be a confirmation form to be filled out

- Spa parties- 1-2 week notice. Deposit 20% to hold.

Massage-Day Spa Services Payment
After you have submitted a appointment or reservation request
we then will contact you by phone or email to confirm and a confirmation form will be sent to you. The availability of your request will then be confirmed and all your Spa Services and or vacation accomodation will be setup at your request.
A Deposit for any service, spa partie event or accommodation with a Credit Card to Hold Only.. Any - Cancellations Policies:
- Any No shows or last minute cancellations, will not be refunded.
- Any cancellations made less than 48 hours of reservation date will forfeit 100% deposit or payment.
- Refundable less $75 with notice of 14 days prior to reservation date.
*Absolutely NO Refunds on Holidays stays and stays beginning in the months of May, June, July, October & November. No refund unless the room is re-rented in cancellations less than 10 days in advance.
